What is Sehat Sahulat Card 

1.                    What is Sehat Sahulat Card?

Sehat Sahulat Card, in fact, the government of Pakistan has introduced a health policy in which all citizens of Pakistan (family) without any discrimination to get their treatment up to Rs 1 Million from government or non-government hospitals across the country.

i.          Will the Health Card be in the form of a separate card?

No, the Health Card is not a separate card or a separate card not be issued for it. Instead, your national identity card will be your health card. All you have to do is register. ii.        Every citizen will be counted in the health card or every family and if the family will be counted then how and in what way?

 

Sehat Sahulat Card will be in the name of the head of each family and if the family is praised, then a “married man, his wife, and his unmarried children will be included in it” furthermore:

(a)   If a woman is a widow, the widow and her children who are not married will be considered a family, and the widow will be the head of the family.

 

(b)   If there is a divorced woman, then the divorced woman will be considered as the head of the family and according to the records of NADRA, if the children of this divorced woman are also registered with her, then their treatment is also headed by the same divorced woman, Will be counted.

 

(c)  If a person has more than one marriage then all the marriages of that person are also recorded in the records of NADRA, then all the wives and unmarried children of that person are also entitled through the same Sehat Sahulat card facility.

 

(d)  If there is a divorced man, even if unmarried children are with him according to NADRA records, then that man and his children can also get their treatment with this health card or Sehat Sahulat Card.

جی نہیں صحت کارڈ الگ سے کوئی کارڈ نہیں ہے یا اس کے لیے کوئی الگ سے کارڈ ایشو نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ بلکہ یہ آپ کا قومی شناختی کارڈ ہی آپ کا صحت کارڈ ہو گا۔ بس اس کے لیے آپ کو رجسٹریشن کروانی ہوگی۔ اورصحت سہولت کارڈ یا ہیلتھ کارد کی  رجسٹریشن کروانے کی مکمل تفصیل ذیل میں دی جائے گی۔ اس تفصیل کی پیروی کرتے ہوئے آپ اپنی رجسٹریشن کروا سکتے ہیں۔

صحت سہولت کارڈ ہر خاندان کے سربراہ کے نام پر ہوگا۔ اور اگر خاندان کی تعریف کریں تو ایک شادی شدہ مرد اس کی بیوی اور اس کے غیر شادی شدہ بچے اس میں شامل ہوںگے۔

 

              (a)  اگر کوئی خاتون بیوہ ہے تو وہ بیوہ اور اس کے ایسے بچے جو کہ شادی شدہ نہیں ہیں وہ ایک خانداں تصور ہوں گے۔ اور بیوہ اس خاندان کی سربراہ ہو گی۔

 

           (b)  اگر کوئی مطعلقہ خاتون ہے تو اس مطعلقہ خاتون کو سربراہ خاندان سمجھا جائے گا اور نادرا کے ریکارڈ کے مطابق اگر اس مطلقہ خاتون کے بچے بھی اس کے ساتھ رجسٹرڈ ہیں تو اس صورت میں ان کا علاج بھی اسی مطلقہ خاتون کی سربراہی میں شمار کیا جائے گا۔

 

          (c)  اگر کسی شخص نے ایک سے زائد شادیاں کی ہوں تو اس شخص نے تمام شادیاں نادرا ریکارڈ میں رجسٹرڈ بھی کروا رکھی ہوں تو ایسی صورت میں اس شخص کی تمام بیویاں اور غیر شادی شدہ بچے بھی اسی صحت سہولت کارڈ کے ذریعے حقدار تصور ہوں گے۔

 

          (d)  اگر کوئی مطلقہ مرد ہو تو اس صورت میں بھی جو غیر شادی شدہ بچے نادرا کے ریکارڈ کے مطابق اس کے ساتھ ہیں تو وہ مرد اور اس کے بچے بھی اس صحت سہولت کارڈ یا ہیلتھ کارڈ سے اپنا علاج کروا سکتے ہیں۔

 

 

2.     What are the benefits of the Sehat Sahulat Card?

 

If you have a Sehat Sahulat card, you can get free treatment for yourself and your children. On each health card, you can get free treatment up to Rs. 1 million from standard hospitals. Some government hospitals and some good private hospitals are registered for the Sehat Sahulat card. You can visit them and get free treatment for yourself and your children.

A separate counter has been set up inside each hospital that is registered for the Sehat Sahulat Card program. This will help patients who want to be treated through this Sehat Sahulat Card program. Can the Sehat Sahulat Card be used in private hospitals or not? The answer is yes. The Sehat Sahulat Card can also be used in all such private hospitals. Who are registered under this program. This facility is not available to all private hospitals but can only be used in private hospitals that are registered for the Sehat Sahulat Card program. جی ایک افواہ گردش کر رہی تھی کہ آنے والی حکومت اس صحت سہولت کے پروگرام کو بند کرنے جا رہی ہے مگر یہ صرف افواہ ہے۔ نئی حکومت کی ترجمان "مریم اورنگزیب نے اس افواہ کی سختی سے تردید کر دی ہے کہ گورنمنٹ اس سہولت کو بلکل بھی ختم نہیں کرنے جا رہی ہے"۔ اس میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ صحت سہولت کارڈ / صحت انصاف کارڈ یا قومی صحت کارڈ حکومت پاکستان کی جانب سے ایک بہت اچھی کاوش ہے جس کو استعمال کرتے ہوئے پاکستان کا ہر شہری مفت اپنا علاج کروا سکتا ہے۔
